Reservations
To make a reservation please select your dates to the right, where you will be able to see current availability. Once you've selected your dates and room choice, you'll be guided through our online reservation system. If you would prefer calling, please phone us at 817-279-7412, we look forward to having you.
House Policies
- The Pomegranate House allows pets with advance notice. Out of consideration of other guests, pets must be quiet in the cottages and on a leash at all times when outside. We ask that pets provide us with their owner's cell phone number if they intend to leave them alone in their cottage.
- Smoking is not permitted in any building. We provide ashtrays on our porches.
- Room rates include a hearty full breakfast served between 8:30 and 9:30 AM and evening refreshments.
- Third person in room is $20.00 per night
- Check-in is available beginning at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. We appreciate notification if you will be arriving later than 10:00 PM.
- Cancellations - Reservations must be secured with a one night deposit with a credit card number. In case of cancellation, a $25.00 processing fee will be assessed if cancellation notice is received at least 10 days prior to arrival. Guests canceling / changing their reservation dates less than 10 days in advance of their scheduled arrival date or during their stay, are responsible for all nights we are unable to resell.

$95 Fall Room Rate
Applies to queen cottages (Royal Oak and Blue Heron) Sunday thru Thursday nights only. Some restrictions apply. Does not apply to Holidays.
Third Night Free Special
Get a third night for free (least expensive of the three nights) when you buy two. Does not include Holidays. This special is for new reservations only and must be requested when you make the reservation - sorry, no exceptions. Not available to be used in conjuction with Bedandbreakfast.com gift cards.
