Reservations
To make a reservation please select your dates to the right, where you will be able to see current availability. Once you've selected your dates and room choice, you'll be guided through our online reservation system. If you would prefer calling, please phone us at 817-279-7412, we look forward to having you.
House Policies
- The Pomegranate House allows pets with advance notice. Out of consideration of other guests, pets must be quiet in the cottages and on a leash at all times when outside. We ask that pets provide us with their owner's cell phone number if they intend to leave them alone in their cottage.
- Smoking is not permitted in any building. We provide ashtrays on our porches.
- Room rates include a hearty full breakfast served between 8:30 and 9:30 AM and evening refreshments.
- Third person in room is $20.00 per night
- Check-in is available beginning at 3:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. We appreciate notification if you will be arriving later than 10:00 PM.
- Cancellations - Reservation must be secured by check or credit card equal to one night's lodging. A $25.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation notice is received at least ten days prior to arrival. Guests canceling/changing their reservation dates less than ten days in advance of their scheduled arrival date or during their stay, are responsible for all nights we are unable to resell.

Weekday Summer Special
Any available cottage except Carriage House is just $95 plus tax, weekdays only, (Sunday thru Thursday nights) non-holiday . This special is for new reservations only and must be requested when you make the reservation - sorry, no exceptions. Double Occupancy. Carriage House is just $145.
Third Night Free Special
Get a third night for free (least expensive of the three nights) when you buy two. Does not include Carriage House. This special is for new reservations only and must be requested when you make the reservation - sorry, no exceptions.
